The Trust maintains this web site for informational purposes and to promote and administer membership of the Friends of the National Forest. We try to ensure that information on the site is up to date. Contact us if you find anything that is wrong.

You can browse the Trust's web site without disclosing any information about yourself. However, we do collect volunteered information via feedback - from emails and our contact form and site usage information from log files.

When you use our secure online donation pages, you are going through to a partner company (name of Payment Gateway) and it is clear on the donation page when you are going through to the (Payment Gateway) site. Where information is not collected directly from the Trust web site, but is entered via a third party, the information is not used in any way or for any purpose other than to process the transaction or to pass the information on to the Trust unless otherwise stated.

We use your data to send you requested information.

As described above, we sometimes collect anonymous information from visits to our site to measure the number of visitors to the different areas of our site, and to help us make our site more useful to visitors. This includes analysing these logs periodically to measure the traffic through our servers, the number of pages visited and the level of demand for pages and topics of interest. Donation refund policy

If you made a donation in error please call the Friends of the National Forest support team on 01283 208592 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) and they will be happy to organise a refund.

We may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice. Please check them regularly. Continued use of after a change has been made is your acceptance of the change.
